What does the job look like?

As the Remuneration and Benefits Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager, Organisational Design – Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in the development and administration of policies, practices, and programs related to remuneration and benefits. These initiatives are essential for attracting and retaining talent, fostering engagement, and aligning with our business strategy. Your contributions will be instrumental in cultivating a high-performance culture throughout Linfox in Australia and New Zealand.

Key areas:

  • Work with the Senior Manager Organisational Design to review and develop a competitive remuneration and benefits framework for the organisation.
  • Develop / review the reward and recognition framework to improve Linfox’s EVP
  • Cost modelling of initiatives including LTI and STI programs
  • Manage the Linfox wide (AU & NZ) remuneration and cyclical activities.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis of group reporting trends.

Are you the one?

You are a Remuneration and Benefits professional looking for an opportunity to join and grow with Asia Pacific's largest privately-owned logistics company. You have a wealth of experience in analytical and process management in remuneration data and frameworks; experienced in complex/large volume organisations and excel at presenting senior executives’ advice and recommendations using Mercer/Hays or similar tool methodologies. You can demonstrate:

  • Experience within a complex, large volume environment
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong attention to detail and have a results-oriented approach.
  • Advanced computing skills including MS Excel
  • Demonstrated experience working knowledge of SAP HR/Payroll including BW/BI is advantageous.
  • Degree in human resources or related field
