What does the job look like?
Linfox’s Resources and Industrial Business Unit is looking for an energetic and organised Fuels Scheduler to join the Port Hedland team, working an 8/6 roster (12 hour shifts) FIFO from Perth. Key areas:
- Driving the Linfox Safety standards at all times, and ensure that vision ZERO is a daily priority
- Schedule fuel deliveries in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Accurate record management of all delivery paperwork and customer invoicing
- Regular liaison with customer ensuring efficient and effective customer service
- Assist with fleet maintenance scheduling and roster adjustments
- Regularly review the roster to ensure accuracy and full coverage is maintained to meet customer usage demands
- Maintain driver training records and schedule any required training
- Track vehicles and drivers for adherence to run sheets and fatigue compliance
Are you the one?
To be successful, you will thrive in fast-paced ever-changing environments. You are an enthusiastic team player and organised in your approach to ensure scheduling is completed in an accurate and timely manner. You can demonstrate:
- Active engagement in a positive safety culture, with adherence to safety reporting requirements
- Prior experience in the transport industry or scheduling (desirable)
- Ability to problem solve and understand data to identify trends in fuel usage
- Knowledge of WA transport regulations
- Excellent MS office suite and prior exposure to SAP (desirable)
- Customer service focus when making decisions
