What does the job look like?

As a Support and Functional Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting Linfox’s digital transport solutions, particularly the Digital Freight Network (DFN) and internal platforms. You’ll support operations across our sites, drivers, and control rooms by resolving issues, maintaining systems, and working with vendors to improve performance.

Reporting to the Product Manager, you’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help shape our digital strategy in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide responsive and effective support to drivers, sites, and operational teams.
  • Investigate and resolve system issues, service tickets, and user queries.
  • Collaborate with vendors on BAU issues and product enhancements.
  • Support continuous improvement and project work within the Digital Freight Network.
  • Identify trends across systems to inform enhancements and future development.
  • Champion Linfox’s safety standards and LIFT values in daily operations.

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

  • Experience in IT systems support, customer service, or stakeholder management.
  • Exposure to logistics or transport operations (preferred but not essential).
  • Knowledge of tools such as SAP TM, ECC, Blue Yonder, or MTData’s FoxTrax (desirable).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work occasional out-of-hours support as needed.
