What does the job look like?

As a Configuration Specialist at Linfox, you’ll be at the heart of optimising and supporting our UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) platform across the business. Reporting to the Kronos Manager, you’ll design, configure, and maintain UKG Pro WFM modules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling smarter workforce management for our teams.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to deliver robust system enhancements and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduler, Accruals, etc.) to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document configuration needs and system enhancements.
  • Conduct unit testing, UAT, regression testing, and deployment of new functions and configurations.
  • Create and maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, and data mapping.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, pay policies, and organisational standards.
  • Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support to business stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating as needed.
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure accurate data flow between systems.

Are you the one?

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional with a strong understanding of workforce management systems. You’ll bring hands-on experience in configuring and supporting UKG Pro WFM, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

  • 4+ years’ experience with Time and Attendance systems, ideally UKG Pro WFM.
  • Strong hands-on skills in timekeeping, scheduling, accrual, and pay rule configuration.
  • Proven ability to investigate and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Experience in process definition, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
  • Experience with testing (unit, UAT, regression) and deployment of new system functions.
  • Strong documentation skills for configuration, workflows, and data mapping.
  • Ability to deliver end-user training and support.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
