What does the job look like?

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Consumer and Healthcare Group, leading our night shift operations (9pm – 5am) at Ingleburn. In this pivotal role, you will oversee both warehouse and transport functions, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality services to our valued customers. Key areas:

• Leading and supporting site operations across warehouse and transport functions.
• Driving a strong safety culture through adherence to Linfox Safety Standards and legislative obligations.
• Delivering against financial, operational and service KPIs.
• Building strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
• Leading and developing a high-performing team through clear communication, coaching and mentoring.
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Supporting sustainability initiatives to reduce Linfox’s carbon footprint.

Are you the one?

This role is suited to a motivated, hands-on leader with proven operational management experience in transport, warehousing or logistics. You can demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a similar role with in warehousing or logistics.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a high-performance culture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.
