What does the job look like?
We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team in Altona. In this diverse and fast-paced role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by supporting site administration, customer service, compliance, and fleet coordination. Acting as the key support to the Operations Supervisor, you’ll help ensure the site runs safely, efficiently, and in alignment with both customer and business expectations. Key Areas;

  • Process invoices, PODs, weekly accruals, and payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support the generation of reports and financial documentation, ensuring billing and payments are correctly managed.
  • Maintain training compliance records via the Learning Portal and escalate issues as needed.
  • Coordinate fleet scheduling and arrange maintenance for site vehicles and equipment.
  • Deliver effective customer service by resolving queries from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in administration or operational support within a logistics, transport, or warehousing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
  • Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and  SAP is desirable
  • The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
