What does the job look like? 

Lead one of Queensland’s largest transport operations in partnership with a major supermarket customer. This pivotal role is about building a positive team culture, fostering trusted relationships, and ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable service. You will guide people and performance with clarity and purpose, creating an environment where the team can succeed together.

You can demonstrate

  • Proven leadership of large supply chain/logistics teams with an inclusive style
  • Strong logistics or supply chain background, with transport experience highly regarded
  • Confidence to make clear decisions and set priorities under pressure
  • Open, authentic communication and strong stakeholder engagement
  • A record of leading cultural change that improves safety, engagement, and performance
  • Experience in industrial relations, union engagement, and workforce matters is desirable
