Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for credit management and stakeholder engagement? Linfox is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to join our dynamic team at Essendon Fields. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to driving results, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

As a Credit Controller, you’ll play a key role in managing credit risk, ensuring revenue assurance, and maintaining strong cashflow. You’ll be responsible for timely invoicing, collections, payment allocations, and query resolution for Linfox’s external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage stakeholder ledgers, send weekly statements, and recover overdue debt within agreed KPIs.
  • Achieve a minimum 96% collection rate for team and individual ledgers.
  • Cover incoming calls and queries via the AR inbox; act as first point of contact for the OTC Department.
  • Reconcile Accounts Receivable ledger daily and allocate customer payments.
  • Upload Invoices into External Portals and monitor for payment
  • Attend weekly debtor reviews
  • Adhere to Linfox’s Code of Conduct and promote a safe working environment.

About you:

  • Minimum Secondary Education; Finance/Accounting training or qualifications highly desirable.
  • At least 1 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Management
  • SAP experience or similar enterprise ERP exposure.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, fair credit practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and ability to collaborate to resolve issues.
