What does the job look like?

Linfox Fleet & Procurement team is looking for a Workshop Supervisor to oversee operations at our Perth Workshop. This role is responsible for fleet maintenance, compliance, and team management to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. With an 8 AM start, Monday to Friday, it provides structure and stability within a well-established team.

Key areas:

  • Supervise daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Manage fleet maintenance and repairs in line with NHVR accreditation.
  • Coordinate with service providers and internal teams.
  • Prioritise and resolve defect repair requisitions (DRRs).
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Lead and develop a team to maintain performance and safety standards.

 

Are you the one?

You can demonstrate:

  • Heavy Diesel qualification with leadership or management training.
  • Experience in truck and trailer maintenance with a strong focus on quality control.
  • Leadership experience in a workshop or fleet environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP.
