What does the job look like?

Our Intermodal team in Truganina have a permanent, full-time vacancy for a Cross Dock Supervisor where you will contribute to ensuring our warehouse operation is running efficiently and safely.This is an afternoon shift role with hours between Monday – Friday from 2:00pm – 10:00pm. Key areas:

• Ensure effective communication across inbound/outbound requirements with both internal and external stakeholders 
• Provide leadership support across an experienced team of forklift operators and administrators
• Oversee key process processes including put-away, truck loads, replenishment, and dispatch
• Monitor stock counts, audits, and inventory management procedures to ensure accuracy
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimising processes and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and customer service standards

• Prior Warehouse Supervisor experience within the Logistics/Transport/Rail industry 
• Proficiency across systems including Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse/Transport Management Systems 
• Solid understanding of WH&S practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
