What does the job look like?

Linfox Healthcare is renowned for being a leader in the healthcare and pharmaceutical supply chain industry. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Quality Assurance Associate to join our team in Erskine Park. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include managing change control processes, conducting audits, resolving complaints, and ensuring facility and equipment maintenance, validation, and calibration according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Wholesale Practices (GWP). Key areas:

  • Interaction with customers and internal Linfox Healthcare management to ensure a cohesion between Compliance and the supply chain delivery requirements of various products
  • Facilitate and assist to continuously improve the Quality (QMS & QA) Systems
  • Maintaining compliance to appropriate regulatory standards and or guidelines
  • Support Release for Supply (RFS) requirements under TGA GMP. Undertake training/competency assessments to attain Authorised Person (AP) status (as required) to legally release secondary reworked medicinal product batches.
  • Ensure the implementation of Linfox and Client procedures, along with the continued improvement of Quality Procedures and training
  • Conduct systematic internal audits, ensure non-conformances, customer complaints and CAPA’s are investigated and closed out in a timely manner
  • Facilitate with customers to ensure control documentation meets requirements to assist with Release for Supply (RFS) of finished products under GMP TGA licence

Are you the one?

This role will offer a blend of both administrative tasks as well as more hands-on client and external stakeholder engagement so the ability to adapt and demonstrate professional interpersonal skills is a must. You can demonstrate:

  • Tertiary qualification within a science or related discipline (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a quality compliance role within a Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical/Manufacturing or 3PL environment (highly regarded)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess a strong work ethic and be able to prioritise high workloads and manage time effectively
  • Good understanding of the GMP,  ISO 9001 and ISO13845 standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages and experience in Electronic Quality Management Systems and exposure to VISIO is preferred
