What does the job look like?

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor (Support Functions), you’ll play a key role in attracting and securing top talent for our diverse corporate teams, including Finance, HR, Workplace Relations, IT, and other critical support functions. Your expertise will help us build organisational capability and culture to fuel Linfox’s growth.

You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop targeted strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.

Key areas:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights, guidance, and market intelligence to inform recruitment decisions.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure compliance with Linfox standards.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels – job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment, ideally supporting white-collar roles.
  • Experience in transport, logistics, supply chain or similar industries (highly desirable).
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms such as PageUp, Workday, or Bullhorn (highly regarded).
  • A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and driving continuous improvement.
