What does the job look like?

As the Senior HR Data and Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high‑quality HR reporting, workforce analytics and insights that support informed decision‑making across the Linfox Group. Using tools such as SAP, Kronos (UKG Workforce Dimensions), Power BI and other reporting platforms, you’ll develop and optimise reporting frameworks, improve data quality and elevate HR’s analytical capability.

You’ll work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders to streamline reporting processes, build data literacy across the organisation and support Linfox’s ongoing deployment and evolution of SuccessFactors.

This role is onsite based out of our HQ in Essendon Fields (VIC) and supports reporting across Linfox Logistics, BevChain, New Zealand, Airports, Property and Private Group.

Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Delivering core HR reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely distribution across the business
  • Analysing workforce trends and providing insights that highlight risks, opportunities and patterns to support strategic decision‑making
  • Maintaining data accuracy and resolving reporting issues through regular checks, troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis
  • Partnering with HR, IT and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and develop tailored data solutions
  • Enhancing reporting tools, models and self‑service capability through dashboard improvements, process optimisation and automation
  • Supporting continuous improvement and data governance by refining workflows, maintaining documentation and ensuring strong data standards

You’re a highly analytical HR reporting specialist who thrives on transforming complex data into meaningful insights. You enjoy working with stakeholders, improving data systems and ensuring reporting outputs are accurate, accessible and impactful.

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

  • Experience in HR reporting and analytics using systems such as SAP/SuccessFactors and Kronos (UKG Workforce Dimensions)
  • Strong data visualisation capability including experience with Power BI or similar tools
  • Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy and quality assurance
  • Confidence collaborating with stakeholders and communicating insights clearly
  • A highly analytical, organised and customer‑focused approach
