What does the job look like?
We are seeking an experienced PM Warehouse Supervisor to join the high-performance team based in Kemps Creek, NSW. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will effectively manage the Afternoon shift and is responsible for maintaining an efficient and productive warehouse team, ensuring the contracted outcomes are achieved in an efficient and cost-effective manner whilst maintaining a safe working environment. This is an exciting permanent opportunity working alongside a leading beverage customer. The role operates Monday to Friday, 1:00pm – 9:30pm, with the additional requirement to work every second Saturday as part of the roster. Key areas:
- Supervise and coordinate all PM warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive outcomes
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse team members to drive engagement, capability, and performance
- Plan and manage daily labour requirements in line with operational and financial plans
- Manage rosters, payroll inputs, overtime, and attendance records
- Monitor and report on daily KPIs and weekly warehouse performance
- Ensure accurate stock control, audits, and inventory integrity
- Maintain high standards of site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with WHS requirements
- Foster strong working relationships with transport, customer service, and external labour agencies
- Attend and actively contribute to daily pre-shift meetings
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations
Are you the one?
We are seeking an enthusiastic Shift Supervisor who can oversee a large team to ensure seamless operations across the site and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, rostering, and labour planning
- Proven leadership, communication, and team engagement skills
- Experience with WMS systems (SAP experience highly regarded)
- Sound WHS knowledge and a genuine commitment to creating a safe workplace
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
