What does the job look like?

Linfox Intermodal have a full-time permanent opportunity for an Operations Processing Coordinator to join our team based in Minchinbury NSW. Based on site, this position plays a key part in supporting day‑to‑day operations through strong administration and coordination.

If you enjoy being organised, working with systems and contributing to a fast‑moving environment, this role offers a great entry point into the industry. The hours for this role will be Monday - Friday commencing at 8am or 9am. Key areas: 

  • Supporting customer invoicing and responding to queries or discrepancies
  • Entering and maintaining accurate booking, shipment, and revenue information
  • Assisting with pricing checks, invoice adjustments, and basic reporting
  • Providing general administrative support including data entry and document management
  • Working with internal teams to follow up issues and keep information up to date
  • Contributing to a safe workplace by following procedures and supporting safety initiatives

Are you the one?

We welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn. Direct transport or logistics experience is helpful but not essential — attitude and interest matter most.  You can demonstrate: 

  • Prior experience in administration, customer service or accounts related roles 
  • Proven financial administration experience such as invoice adjustments and pricing checks 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately
  • A proactive, reliable approach and a positive team mindset
  • Confidence using technology and the ability to learn new systems
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ask for support when needed
