What does the job look like?

As a Transport Coordinator within our Intermodal business unit, you will play a key support function for our transport operations teams, ensuring end‑to‑end administration and system processing of our day to day operations through load planning, financial reconciliation and proactive issue resolution, working closely with operations, customers and subcontractors.
 
This is a full-time permanent position based in Minchinbury, NSW, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Key areas: 

  • Support load planning and operational processing to enable daily transport execution
  • Enter and maintain accurate booking, shipment and revenue data in transport systems
  • Support customer invoicing and respond to pricing queries or discrepancies
  • Complete pricing checks, invoice adjustments and basic reporting activities
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and document management
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and contribute to a safe workplace

Are you the one?

  • Prior experience in Transport/Logistics either in an administration, customer service or accounts related roles 
  • Exposure to financial administration, including invoicing, pricing checks or adjustments
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately 
  • A reliable, proactive approach with confidence to ask questions and take ownership of processes 
  • Comfort using systems and technology, with the curiosity to learn new platforms
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work collaboratively within a team based environment
