What does the job look like?
As the Project Manager for BevChain, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth transition of new business contracts into BevChain operations. Partnering closely with the Business Development and Operations teams, you will lead the integration of new customers, ensuring seamless onboarding and effective execution of new business opportunities.
Operating cross-functionally, this role bridges Business Development and Operations, delivering structured project and integration plans aligned to organisational strategy. You will manage end-to-end customer transitions, support operational efficiency improvements, and continuously enhance business development pipeline processes and governance.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Regency Park (SA), with flexibility to consider a 0.8 FTE.
Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading the integration of new and acquired business contracts into operations
- Developing and executing integration and project plans for new customers
- Partnering with Business Development to support prospecting, proposals, and operational cost estimates
- Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless customer onboarding
- Managing integration timelines and providing clear updates to stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving risks, issues, and operational impacts during implementation
- Supporting operations through the implementation phase and post-go-live transition
- Developing and standardising integration processes and best practices
- Managing and improving the end-to-end stage-gate process for the business development pipeline
- Coordinating gate reviews, documentation, and governance outcomes
- Maintaining accurate pipeline data, reporting, and insights
- Driving continuous improvement across customer integration and pipeline processes
- Acting as the primary customer contact during implementation to ensure a positive experience
Are you the one?
You are an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in supply chain, logistics, or complex operational environments, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. You are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, managing change, and delivering structured project outcomes that align commercial and operational priorities.
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
- 5+ years’ experience in project management, including managing change initiatives
- Extensive experience within supply chain, logistics, or national operations environments
- Strong experience integrating new customers or contracts into operational environments
- Ability to partner effectively with Business Development and Operations teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Experience managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders and customer representatives
- Ability to develop and implement standardised processes and governance frameworks
Qualifications & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business, or a related field
- Experience working with revenue models, cost structures, and operational planning
- Experience managing national customers (HQ-level exposure preferred)
