What does the job look like?
We are currently seeking an experienced Transport Allocator to join our Kemps Creek operations, responsible for transport planning across Kemps Creek and our Wyong site.
This role is responsible for daily load planning, scheduling and coordination to ensure customer delivery requirements are met safely, efficiently and in line with compliance obligations. The position operates on a Tuesday to Saturday roster, with standard hours of 4:00am to 12:30pm, and is based at Kemps Creek. Key areas:

- End‑to‑end daily transport planning and allocation across Kemps Creek and Wyong
- Developing load plans aligned to customer delivery windows, fleet configuration and store restrictions
- Coordinating with site operations, supervisors and drivers to support daily execution
- Maintaining and updating Transport Management System (TMS) data, including run sheets, geocoding and schedule changes
- Providing timely customer updates on delivery performance and potential issues
- Monitoring delivery performance and supporting DIFOT and KPI reporting
- Ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility (COR), safety and BevChain policies
- Identifying and supporting continuous improvement opportunities in planning and utilisation
Are you the one?
You are an experienced transport or logistics planner with strong operational understanding and a customer‑focused mindset. You are comfortable working in a fast‑paced, time‑critical environment and take pride in accurate planning and clear communication. You can demonstrate: You can demonstrate:
- Experience in transport allocation, scheduling or logistics coordination
- Strong knowledge of delivery profiles, load configurations and fleet capability
- Experience using TMS and WMS
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Confidence working with planning files and customer communications (Google Drive experience desirable)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Driver experience highly regarded, particularly where strong store and route knowledge has been gained
