What does the job look like?

Linfox’s Intermodal business unit have an opportunity for an Administration and Compliance Coordinator to join our team located in Mackay QLD. In your new role you'll take ownership of critical administrative functions including payroll, compliance, invoicing and reporting, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and strong safety outcomes within our day to day operations. This is a full-time permanent opportunity, working Monday through to Friday from 8am - 4pm.  Key areas:
  • Process driver run sheets, invoices and subcontractor payments accurately
  • Deliver weekly payroll reconciliation and prepare P&L reporting for contractor and labour costs
  • Conduct fatigue audits and ensure compliance across driver documentation and run sheets
  • Maintain accurate records including PODs, customer dockets and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate invoicing for Mackay and Bowen operations, with relief support across sites
  • Prepare and manage weekly and monthly reporting, including toolbox minutes, WHS records and forecasts

Are you the one?

You are a self-motivated individual with high levels of attention to detail, excellent time management and a strong commitment to drive safety and compliance across our business.You can demonstrate:
  • Prior experience in an administrative and/or compliance role within the Transport/Logistics industry 
  • You are tech-savvy and have strong working knowledge of MS Excel, SAP and Transport Management systems such as Blue Yonder
  • Prior experience supporting administrative financial processes including payroll, invoicing or cost tracking
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively across multiple priorities
  • You have a strong focus on safety & compliance
  • You have an eye for high levels of attention to detail & adaptability to work within a fast-paced operational environment
