What does the job look like?

As a Senior Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across Linfox Healthcare's quality and operational processes. Working closely with the National Quality Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, you will identify, develop and implement process improvement projects that reduce the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), enhance compliance and deliver greater operational efficiency.

This is a project-focused role where you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to optimise Quality Management Systems (QMS), strengthen process consistency and ensure compliance with GxP standards and customer requirements. You will analyse existing processes, implement practical improvement solutions, develop and update procedures, support risk assessment activities and provide training to teams where required. This role is on a 12 month Max Term contract with potential for an extension and based at Erskine Park. Key areas:

• Lead process improvement projects to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and improve compliance outcomes.
• Deliver process optimisation initiatives that maximise operational efficiency while maintaining GxP compliance.
• Develop, review and update quality management and business procedures.
• Support risk assessment activities and implement corrective actions to improve quality outcomes.
• Train team members on quality processes, systems and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute improvement projects and meet client requirements.

Are you the one?

You are an experienced quality professional with a strong background in process improvement and regulated environments. You thrive on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and can effectively influence stakeholders to drive quality and compliance outcomes. You can demonstrate:

• Process improvement experience and/or 3+ years' Quality Assurance experience.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry or another highly regulated environment.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) within a GMP environment.
• Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies and quality risk assessment principles.
• The ability to analyse complex processes and develop practical improvement solutions.
