What does the job look like?

Ready to take the lead in a fast-paced environment? As our PM Transport Supervisor, you will drive operational excellence across a busy transport operation, supporting drivers, managing delivery performance and ensuring safety and compliance standards are achieved. This hands-on role works Monday to Friday from 1:00PM to 9:00PM and offers the opportunity to make a real impact on operational performance. Key areas include:

• Coordinate drivers, subcontractors and delivery schedules to achieve service commitments and customer expectations
• Maintain operational continuity through effective shift handovers, communication and transport planning.
• Champion transport compliance, including CoR, fatigue management, Mass Management standards
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships, proactively managing service challenges and delivery escalations.
• Support operational reporting, driver engagement and occasional weekend coverage, with the flexibility to meet business requirements.

• Strong knowledge of transport regulations, including CoR, fatigue management and heavy vehicle compliance, with exposure to Mass Management highly regarded.
• A proactive problem solver who can confidently manage competing priorities, respond to operational challenges and maintain service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience and exposure to transport, despatch or workforce scheduling systems.
• Experience with Mobiledock or similar booking and scheduling platforms highly regarded, however full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
• Understanding of Melbourne’s transport network to optimise delivery and performance.
