What does the job look like?
We are seeking a motivated Transport Coordinator to join our Resources & Industrial operation in Hazelmere. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in transport, logistics or operations coordination who is looking to further develop their career within a large and diverse transport business.
Working closely with our scheduling and operational teams, you will help coordinate daily transport activities, support service delivery and build strong relationships with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders. Key areas:
- Support daily transport operations to ensure customer requirements are met safely and efficiently
- Assist with scheduling activities, resource allocation and operational planning
- Monitor service delivery performance and respond to operational issues as they arise
- Liaise with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders to support day-to-day operations
- Maintain accurate operational records, system updates and reporting
- Support compliance with fatigue management, Chain of Responsibility and legislative requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the operation
