What does the job look like?

Linfox's Intermodal team is currently seeking an Operations Processing Coordinator based at Tullamarine. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring accurate client invoicing, processing bookings and shipments efficiently, and resolving charge-related queries. With a Monday through Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, this role is ideal for candidates with a strong transport industry background or candidates who have a strong interest in building such a background. Key areas:

  • Engage with customers for invoicing inquiries and basic issue resolution, maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer revenue transactions, encompassing invoicing, pricing accuracy, and charge adjustments
  • Provide essential administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prioritise and promote a safe working environment, adhering to safety procedures and actively participating in safety initiatives.

Are you the one?

  • Previous experience in administrative or accounts processing highly regarded
  • Effective customer interaction and issue resolution skills
  • Strong work ethic with a passion for industry and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
  • Demonstrated understanding of managing priorities in the workplace with a high attention to detail
