What does the job look like?

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead operations at our C&HG site in Kewdale, WA. Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and manage key client relationships. You will champion safety, compliance and performance to ensure our people, customer and business are positioned for long-term success. Key areas:

  • Leading a strong safety-first culture across site operations.
  • Managing site performance, productivity and cost control to exceed client expectations.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive stakeholder engagement.
  • Developing and leading a team of five direct reports and broader site staff.
  • Driving continuous improvement, compliance and operational best practice.
  • Partnering with union stakeholders and promoting a constructive IR environment.
  • Reviewing financial and contractual performance and identifying opportunities for growth.

Are you the one?

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced 3PL environment and can influence positive outcomes across all aspects of warehousing and logistics. You can demonstrate:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in 3PL or warehouse site management.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large teams and managing site operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial performance, billing and client engagement.
  • Sound knowledge of safety, compliance and quality systems.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as SAP experience is preferred
