What does the job look like?

As a Key Account Coordinator you will support the Regional Key Account Manager's on their activities with the primary goal of retaining, growing and servicing our customers with the business strategy and commercial requirements.This opportunity is a full time permanent position located in our Acacia Ridge, Queensland office. Key areas:

  • Preparation of customer reports and presentations including Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), meeting agenda’s, meeting review packs and meeting minutes
  • Support the delivery of commercial proposals including data analysis, operational engagement/solutions,and response content development
  • Provide support to the team of Key Account Managers & the maintenance of key internal systems 
  • Conduct financial analysis for revenue / profitability  management for optimisation & growth
  • Develop a strong understanding of Key Accounts, with the ability to provide data driven insights

  • 2-3 years of experience within the logistics industry 
  • Prior experience in managing customer accounts including providing feedback, reports and involvement in customer meetings
  • Ability to interpret data and effectively identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Strong Microsoft computer skills including PowerBi, Excel and PowerPoint as well as SAP
