Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you will lead and inspire your team, drive sales to exceed targets, and ensure exceptional customer service. Oversee store operations, manage visual merchandising, develop and coach your team, and implement effective loss prevention strategies.

Skills & Experience:
Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
Proven track record in achieving sales, wages, KPIs, and stock loss targets
Visual Merchandising experience is advantageous
Ability to deliver a genuine and unique customer experience
Experience in team development and coaching
Passion for retail and career growth in retail management
