About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and creating an exceptional in-store experience.
Lead, coach, and develop team members to elevate performance and engagement.
Oversee daily store operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and presentation.
Step into the Store Manager’s role when required (open/close store, manage team, etc.).

What You’ll Bring
Experience in a fashion retail leadership role (Assistant Manager, Keyholder, Supervisor)
Confidence in coaching and giving constructive feedback.
A passion for fashion and customer service excellence.
Awareness of loss prevention and health & safety procedures.
Visual merchandising experience is a bonus!
