Store Manager – Jay Jays Top Trading Store in SA!

This isn’t just any store – it's one of the highest-performing locations, with a large, dynamic team of 14, including a Co-Manager and Stock Leader. About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll be leading one of the biggest and busiest stores in the country, managing high stock volumes, driving strong results, and mentoring a large, diverse team. You’ll be supported every step of the way, with:

• A dedicated Buddy Manager to help you onboard and learn the ropes

• On-the-ground support from your Regional and VM Managers

• A structured training plan to get you up to speed on systems, processes, and people leadership

This is a Full-Time role with availability needed across weekends, late nights, and public holidays.

 A Day in the Life

• Lead, motivate, and develop a large crew to deliver epic customer service and crush sales goals

• Oversee large stock volumes and keep your store running like a well-oiled machine

• Execute killer visual merchandising that keeps things fresh and on-brand

• Coach your team into top performers – from casuals to your leadership crew

• Manage rosters, productivity, and store operations with precision

• Create an upbeat, safe, and inclusive vibe for both your team and customers
