About the Role
Portmans Watergardens Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver exceptional service, achieve targets and hit KPI results. This is a Full Time
A Day in the Life
Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, KPIs, and team engagement in a flagship environment.
Deliver personalised customer experiences that reflect the Portmans brand.
Coach and develop team members to build capability and future leaders.
Support daily store operations, including sales briefings, stock management, and visual merchandising.
Lead from the front to create a high-energy, customer-first culture.
What You Will Bring
Retail leadership experience with a strong understanding of sales and KPIs.
Confidence coaching and providing feedback to develop others.
A passion for customer experience and styling.
Knowledge of store operations, loss prevention, and health & safety.
An eye for visual merchandising and presentation.
A growth mindset and ambition to progress in retail leadership.
