About the Role

We’re looking for a VM Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in bringing our brand to life through impactful point-of-sale materials, promotional campaigns, and store visuals. Reporting to the Senior VM Graphic Designer and working closely with the broader Visual Merchandising team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative concepts, design development, and finished artwork across a range of touchpoints including POS displays, window presentations, in-store promotions, conferences, and garment designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Work from VM Manager briefs to produce creative concepts and final artwork for POS and window materials
• Coordinate VM promotional campaigns and liaise with internal Graphic Design teams and external print vendors
• Manage the preparation and setup of materials for conferences, including attendance and execution
• Oversee VM requirements for internal window presentations and evolving seasonal window concepts and props
• Sourcing Props, completing prop allocations, buying and coordinating delivery of VM props from supplier to stores
• Liaise with production teams and suppliers to ensure seamless artwork delivery and printing

About You

• A background in graphic design, visual merchandising, or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and confident in preparing print-ready artwork
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• A collaborative, can-do attitude and a keen eye for design and retail trends
• A solution focused mindset with the ability to align creative thinking to commercial objectives
