About the Role

We are looking for a creative visionary to be part of the Peter Alexander team as a Visual Merchandising Coordinator!

Reporting to the VM Brand Manager, this role will play an integral part in presenting high density merchandise in a fast-paced fashion environment - always with the customer as top of mind. The role is full-time, located at our Support Office on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne.

Responsibilities

• Plan and produce clear, engaging visual merchandising (VM) briefs on a fortnightly basis
• Develop and deliver creative merchandising documents that guide in-store execution
• Coordinate the print production and distribution of VM briefs to store teams
• Strategically plan product layouts, optimising high-density apparel in limited retail spaces
• Collaborate with retail teams to drive sales through effective merchandising and impactful displays
• Source visual props and manage international logistics for window display elements
• Coordinate all visual merchandising materials required for new store launches
• Partner with the internal graphics team to design and deliver in-store collateral

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a retail environment, with a good understanding of the Peter Alexander brand identity and visual merchandising style
• Proficiency working on a Mac, with strong skills in Excel, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, dynamic team
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised work habits
• Creative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
