About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic online customer service superstars to join Peter Alexander in our Online Customer Service team!
Responding to customer enquiries over email and phone, you will support with the increased online traffic as we look towards the busy Christmas period!
We have multiple casual positions available and are looking for candidates with flexible availability across early November 2025 towards the end of January 2026.
We can offer shifts for up to 38 hours per week and this role will be 100% working from home!
Our Call Centre is open from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and there will be both morning/afternoon and full day shifts available.
What we are looking for:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management skills including solid attention to detail
- Solid track record in providing exceptional customer service in either a FMCG or Retail environment preferred
- Deliver a great customer connection with strong communication and listening skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of online shopping and have access to a strong internet connection from home
