About the Role

Are you obsessed with beautiful fabrics, perfect fits, and the little details that make fashion fabulous? We’re on the hunt for a passionate QA Assistant to join our growing Peter Alexander team! If you’re ready to take your first big step into the world of fashion quality assurance (and you love the idea of working with pyjamas that make people smile), this is the role for you.

You’ll work closely with our QA Manager and the broader QA team, helping to ensure that every Peter Alexander piece looks, feels, and fits just right!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and assist the broader QA team, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of categories
• Join fit sessions and help capture all the key fit details (you’ll become the go-to fit expert!)
• Summarise fit feedback and share it with our suppliers so every style meets our standards
• Advise on fabrics, trims, and styling – ensuring everything is comfy, stylish, and compliant
• Prepare clear, detailed tech packs to support suppliers with costing and sampling
• Review fabric test results and help create the perfect care labels (because we care about comfort!)

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Design & Production (or equivalent experience)
• An entry level understanding of pattern making and garment construction
• An eagle eye for detail and a love for getting things just right
• Production experience is an advantage
• Great communication skills – you’ll collaborate with lots of creative people
• Strong time management and the ability to juggle priorities like a pro
• A flexible, can-do attitude – no two days are ever quite the same!
