ABOUT THE ROLE 

Are you ready for your next challenge? We are currently seeking a Senior Production & Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic Peter Alexander team!

Reporting into the Head of Production, this role will support the wider Production team across several aspects of the Production process.  Specifically relating to the Supply Chain processes and timelines including product development, production & delivery, supplier sourcing & capacity, FOB price negotiation, licensor & compliance requirements for the smooth delivery of product to the Distribution Centres, Stores and Online. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Support the Head of Production in developing seasonal timelines and managing day to day production workflows.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, approvals, and accurate order placement.
• Maintain and update supplier and factory data within production systems (3 Clicks, AS400).
• Monitor supplier performance, shipping schedules, and compliance with operational standards.
• Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed about late deliveries which may impact sales across all markets.
• Assist in supplier communications.
• Ensure all documentation (invoices, packing lists, approvals) is accurate and submitted on time.
• Support sustainability, 3clicks (PLM) and IT related functions to conduct timely production.
• Contribute to process improvements across production and supply coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Manage training and provide guidance to new Supply Coordinators.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• 2 plus years working in Supply/Production role with Offshore Suppliers or a similar Industry role
• Knowledge of retail industry and relevant KPIs in Manufacturing and Supply chain
• Strong analytical and problem solving and project management skills
• Strong knowledge of excel with some Illustrator experience (optional)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and ability to prioritise and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to work autonomously
