About the Role
To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic Peter Alexander team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with product coordination skills, exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for creating great product.
Reporting to the Product Manager, the role will be involved across the end-to-end production process. You will support product coordination, maintain clear and effective communication with suppliers and manage purchase order administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain product lines and purchase orders
- Act as a key link between the production team and the supply chain department
- Liaise daily with offshore suppliers and factories
- Manage the critical path and all related administration
- Monitor and track key delivery milestones and schedules
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a Buyers Assistant or administration role within a buying or product team
- Strong Excel skills and experience with 3 Clicks and AS400 is advantageous
- High attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously and problem-solve
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Strong relationship building skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
