Key responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on role, but may include:
- Accountability for sales performance, KPIs and overall store results
- Leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Delivering a fun, engaging and customer-first in-store experience
- Managing recruitment, onboarding and succession planning
- Driving visual standards and merchandising execution
- Overseeing store operations, including stock control and loss prevention
- Creating a safe, inclusive and positive working environment
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a retail management or team leadership role
- Demonstrated accountability for team performance and commercial results
- Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
- A hands-on, customer-focused management style
- Confidence managing operations, visual standards and driving results
