Key responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on role, but may include:

• Accountability for sales performance, KPIs and overall store results
• Leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Delivering a fun, engaging and customer-first in-store experience
• Managing recruitment, onboarding and succession planning
• Driving visual standards and merchandising execution
• Overseeing store operations, including stock control and loss prevention
• Creating a safe, inclusive and positive working environment

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a retail management or team leadership role
• Demonstrated accountability for team performance and commercial results
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
• A hands-on, customer-focused management style
• Confidence managing operations, visual standards and driving results
