About the Role
 
We are currently seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join our team! This role, which is more than your traditional corporate reception role, will see you responsible for coordinating our busy front-of-house and managing a wide range of associated duties.
 
This role will be Part-Time, 4 days per week, located at our Support Office on St Kilda Rd.
 
Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and email queries
  • Greeting and checking in guests
  • Organising couriers to and from stores and suppliers
  • Bulk mail outs to stores for signage and OH&S updates
  • Receiving and sorting mail/deliveries
Skills and Experience
  • Highly motivated with a can-do attitude, happy to help no matter how big or small the task
  • Ability to stay calm and polite in all situations and provide outstanding customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills, time management and MS Office Skills
  • Ability to be flexible with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Retail experience is not mandatory but would be highly regarded
  • Experience in a similar reception/customer service role
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask; coordinating groups of people, courier pick-ups and drop offs and high volume of phone calls
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment and building relationships with a key stakeholders
