About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, customer focused individual to join our Online Customer Service team for a 12-month parental leave contract. In this role, you’ll support our online customers by answering questions, tracking orders and resolving any issues that arise, all with a positive and helpful attitude.
You will communicate with customers via email and phone, ensuring they feel supported and well looked after. Things can get busy during peak periods, so we’re after someone who’s organised, quick-thinking and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
This full-time role is based at our Support Office on St Kilda Road in Melbourne, right across from Fawkner Park. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, loves helping people and wants to be part of our much-loved retail brands.
Skills/Experience:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with great attention to detail
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, ideally in a retail or FMCG environment
- Ability to create a strong customer connection through active listening and clear communication
- A friendly, positive attitude and team-first approach
