About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate or Analyst to join our global business as a Retail Reporting Analyst. Reporting into the Retail Business & Systems Analyst, you’ll help turn workforce data into meaningful insights that support Retail Operations and the broader business. You’ll work across reporting, data analysis and workforce systems, helping maintain accurate information, improve processes and provide insights that support better decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems and finding better ways of doing things, while developing their skills across workforce management, reporting and business systems.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver workforce reporting and insights – Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting for Retail, Finance and Payroll.
  • Ensure data accuracy – Validate workforce data, investigate discrepancies and identify trends and exceptions.
  • Support workforce systems – Assist with data imports, report refreshes, system testing and first-level troubleshooting.
  • Analyse workforce data – Identify risks, trends and opportunities to improve retail operations.
  • Improve processes – Identify ways to streamline reporting, improve data quality and enhance systems and processes.
  • Build strong processes and partnerships – Maintain clear documentation and SOPs while working collaboratively across the business.

Skills and Experience 

  • A qualification in Business, Finance, IT, Data Analytics or a related discipline, or currently working towards one.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is highly desirable.
  • Experience with reporting, data analysis or workforce management systems; Dayforce experience is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive mindset, with a genuine interest in learning, improving processes and developing technical skills.
