Revenue Accounts Administrator

We are seeking a Revenue Account Administrator professional to assist our dynamically growing Containerised Freight business across Australia on a full-time permanent basis with flexible start – finish that can be discussed with the hiring Manager.
Reporting to the Revenue Senior Analyst, the Revenue Account Administrator is a key member of the highly engaged Containerised Freight Finance team. You will be expected to work successfully with invoices and credit notes, have a sound understanding of contract administration and assist with daily data checking.
About the role:
- Preparing sales invoices using the Enterprise Freight Management System
- Data matching duties
- Upholding and improving the weekly invoicing process
- On -the-job training will be provided including Enterprise Freight Management System and Account system
About You:
- Experience using SAP is preferred
- Experience with data validation on a large scale
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to manage own work-flow
- Experience in a customer facing role is preferred
- Meticulous with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel is mandatory
- Comfortable performing routine, repetitive tasks
- Sound understanding of customer contracts and accounts receivable duties is preferred
