At Aurizon, we’re Australia’s largest rail freight operator — and our people are at the heart of everything we do. As our Facilities Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth running of our corporate offices and workplaces, making sure every space is safe, efficient and a great place to work.

This role combines operational oversight, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on leadership — perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things moving, solving problems, and finding smarter, safer ways to work.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and support a small team delivering high-quality facilities and workplace services across our corporate sites.
  • Manage and improve systems and processes that keep our workplaces running safely and efficiently.
  • Oversee and deliver minor capital and operational projects, including coordination of contractors, schedules, and budgets.
  • Drive cost-saving and value-add initiatives that make a real difference to the business.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure seamless, customer-focused service.
  • Monitor budgets and performance, ensuring operational and safety targets are achieved.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in corporate or industrial facilities management.
  • Experience managing minor projects with accountability for delivery, timelines, and budgets.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills — you know how to get the best out of people and partners.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
