Join Aurizon's Containerised Freight & Growth team as a Terminal Operations Coordinator in West Kalgoorlie. This full-time, permanent role offers the chance to coordinate terminal operations for Australia’s Largest Rail Freight Operator, while contributing to sustainable transport solutions.

About the role:

• Coordinate daily terminal operations to ensure efficient freight movement
• Liaise with train crews, customers, and logistics partners to maintain smooth operations
• Monitor and report on operational performance and safety metrics
• Support planning and scheduling of container movements
• Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

About you:

• Experience in logistics, freight, or transport operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
• Safety-focused approach to work
• Willingness to work 7 on 7 off roster

Any of the following attributes would be highly regarded

• MC licence.
• Reach stacker ticket
• High risk heavy forklift licence.
• DG licence.
