We require a trade qualified Maintenance Fitter with extensive experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment.
Working on automated process machinery where general maintenance and strong fault-finding skills enable our machinery to achieve high levels of performance with minimal downtime.
Being part of a team that drives best practice initiatives and continuous improvement processes.

The opportunity:

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Machining, welding & fabrication, fault finding.
- Installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Use of continuous improvement to ensure optimal safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Understanding of OH&S requirements, HACCP.
What you will bring to the team:
- A strong work ethic.
- A team player but able to work alone.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- A Restricted Electrical B Class license would be an advantage.
