About the Role

Visy Retail Services are now looking for an experience Brand and Performance Manager to join our inclusive marketing team. This position will be on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover parental leave. You will primarily focus on data-driven digital marketing strategies to optimize marketing, ROI and achieve Visy Retails Services’ business objectives. You will get to utilise your digital marketing skills to help develop and implement strategies and systems. You will find yourself partnering with various stakeholders from all levels providing you with great exposure and accountability.

What you'll do:  

  • Develop and lead the implementation of strong, data-driven digital performance marketing strategies to optimise and drive continuous improvements in core KPI’s across key media channels
  • Driving customer acquisition, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing digital marketing efficiency.
  • Make data-driven decisions to allocating marketing budgets, identify growth opportunities, and improve campaign performance through iterative optimization.
  • Supports marketing effectiveness, enabling businesses to leverage data-driven insights for successful marketing campaigns and sustainable business growth.
  • Oversee the execution of brand social media strategies and subsequent content, campaign and collaboration plans
  • Develop and oversee the execution of full-funnel brand and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and wider business objectives
  • Monitoring and managing weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reporting ensuring the channels hit all respective metrics 
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient metrics

What you will bring to the team:

  • 5+years of experience in brand management or marketing management
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance optimisation and paid media
  • Experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies and managing digital campaigns across various platforms including SEM, Paid Social, Social Media and SEO.
  • Solid experience in campaign, channel analysis and reporting including Google Analytics.
  • Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise digital marketing budgets to achieve desired results.
  • Management of teams
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines along with strong copywriting skills, with experience in written content creation and writing to tone of voice.
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
