We’re looking for a Control Room Operator to help keep this high performing plant running smoothly. You’ll work 12-hour rotating shifts (4 on, 4 off) in a tight knit crew that values teamwork, safety and pride in a job well done.
- Rotating Roster 2 Days 2 Nights 4 off
- 2 weeks off every 7-8 weeks (Paid)
What you’ll do:
You will be reporting to the Production Supervisor and based at our Co-gen plant in Campbellfield
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Operate and maintain equipment for steam, power, and fuel preparation
- Conduct boiler and feedwater tests, keeping accurate records
- Monitor boiler inventories and chemical levels
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational or maintenance issues
- Support and oversee loading and unloading activities
What you will bring to the team:
- Previous trades background.
- Advanced Boiler and Turbine Ticket is desirable
- Confined space license and DCS experience are desirable.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
- You thrive in a fast paced environment and can demonstrate your mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex production issues under pressure.
