Location: Melbourne - North
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role supports the warehousing and logistics function of our Distribution Centre in Epping. This is a full time permanent position working day shift hours.
What you will do:
- Prepare orders for despatch according to picking slip
- Operation of High Reach, Counterbalance forklifts. Slip Sheet experience is desirable.
- Loading and unloading of trucks
- Manual handling of up to 25kg
- Ensure a high level of safety; overseeing the cleanliness of equipment and bays, codes of practice, and follow relevant procedures.
What you will bring to the team:
- Hold current Forklift Ticket with experience loading and unloading trucks.
- Experience in picking of orders in a warehousing environment.
- Computer literacy and experience with WMS systems
- Have a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great work ethic with the ability to work autonomously or part of a team.
