About the role:
Visy Logistics is expanding rapidly as we grow our national construction and steel logistics capability. To support this next phase, we are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to partner with our Logistics leadership team and drive financial performance across a growing national portfolio.
Based in Eastern Creek, this role sits at the center of our national construction logistics network, providing high-quality financial reporting, commercial insight and business partnering to support sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with operational leaders to deliver financial insight and commercial support.
- Lead monthly close, governance, and reporting (SAP and Hyperion).
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
- Provide data-driven decision support to enable growth and performance uplift.
- Drive process improvement and reporting automation initiatives.
- Manage CAPEX processes and support audit, compliance, and internal controls
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across Finance and Logistics
What You Will Bring:
- Solid experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
- Advanced Excel skills and solid computer capability.
- Team‑focused, proactive, and quick to learn.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Hyperion and logistics/supply chain experience desirable
- Degree in Accounting/Finance plus CA or CPA (or international equivalent).
