About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team on a full‑time basis, with an immediate start available, based at our Smithfield depot. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will support the finance team by managing accounts receivable, customer credit activities, and general finance administration. This hands‑on role ensures accurate and timely transaction processing, supports strong cash flow, and maintains positive customer relationships in a fast‑moving operational environment.
- Accounts receivable and credit control activities
- Customer account management, invoicing, and payment allocation
- Responding to customer billing and payment enquiries
- Month‑end support including reconciliations
- General finance administration and reporting support
Skills and Experience:
- 2–3 years’ experience in accounts receivable, credit, or a similar finance role
- Qualifications in accounting, finance, or accounts administration (desirable)
- Strong communication and time‑management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Moderate to strong Excel skills
- Team player with a willingness to learn new systems
