The Henry Jones Art Hotel has an opportunity available for a full time Guest Service Agent to join our award-winning team.

About the role:

The Henry Jones Art Hotel has an opportunity available for a full time Concierge to join our award-winning team. In addition to previous experience in similar guest facing roles, you will also possess a happy, caring and energetic attitude that makes you the perfect fit for the Hospitality and Tourism environment.

Skills and Experience:

• Exceptional attention to detail
• A current full manual driver's licence
• Be solutions driven
• Demonstrate excellent organisation, planning and time management skills
• Be a quick learner and able to 'hit the ground running'
• High-level interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
