In this hands on role, you will support the Bars Manager and work closely with the team to ensure every guest receives individually tailored service. You'll be responsible for planning and running bar operations, managing stock, assisting with staff training and development, and supporting labour management to ensure efficient staffing and cost control.

What we're looking for:

- Strong food and beverage skills, with proven experience in cocktails

- Excellent organisational skills and initiative

- Great interpersonal skills and a passion for team leadership

- Ability to guide, train, and support staff to build a strong and collaborative team
